What did you say?: Delve into canine communication

Have you ever wondered just exactly what your dog was saying to you? Is that a bark because something is there or are they trying to tell you something else? Learn how dogs communicate and the meaning behind the barks and growls. This class will cover body language, barks, growls, whines, and more.

Dogs Being Dogs, a look at canine welfare

We all want the best life for our dogs and look for ways to improve their lives and how they interact in ours. This talk will look at the 5 domains of canine welfare and what exactly each means for the average pet owner. Meeting all of these needs creates a healthy, happy dog!

Dog Safety
Moon Dog offers classes on Dog Safety for both kids and adults. Knowing how to approach a dog, the best way to pet dogs, and when dogs say no is the key to being safe when around dogs.

Dog Park Etiquette
This is a short 1 hour class on dog park etiquette. We cover entering and exiting dog parks, when to leash, body language, and the difference between play and fighting. We will also cover some of the unspoken rules to make the usage of a dog park enjoyable by everyone.
